Hi, I am Vinoth Kumar

Founder & CEO of Life in Home | Independent Strategic Farmland Advisor

I am the founder and CEO of Life in Home, a brand built from over 18 years of deep multi-disciplinary experience spanning creative direction, brand development, and land strategy. My journey through corporate event direction, ad film directing, spatial photography, and exhibition design has given me a unique perspective on space, human emotion, and storytelling. I don’t just view land as real estate—I view it as a canvas for living.

This long-standing creative foundation gave birth to Life in Home: a dedicated venture where architectural design, regional ecology, and legal clarity meet to construct peaceful, turnkey farmhouses for families across Western Tamil Nadu.

A Deep Rooted Connection to Nature & Wildlife Conservation

Beyond building homes, my heart has always belonged to the outdoors. Over the years, I have actively participated in grassroots forest initiatives across Tamil Nadu, including:

• Wildlife Conservation & Census Tracking: Participating in official animal census programs and bird-watching documentation.

Strategic Advisory & Personal Insights

As an Independent Strategic Farmland Advisor, my mission is simple: to help families safely navigate land acquisition, legal verification, and sustainable estate building so they can own a genuine piece of nature without stress or uncertainty.
